Purchase that sees shortages coming.
Indents, purchase orders, goods receipts and bill matching. The AI looks across orders, BOMs, stock and supplier lead times to warn of shortages days ahead.
- 1
Shortage date per part
Projected stock is calculated day by day for every component. The first day it goes below zero is the shortage date.
- 2
Order impact
Each alert names the sales orders that will slip and by how many days, so the most urgent shortage is handled first.
- 3
Three-way bill match
Supplier bills are matched against PO and GRN for quantity, rate and tax. Mismatches are held for review.

General notes
The questions plant owners and accountants ask before they switch.
Ask the team01Can we move from Tally and Excel?
Yes. Item masters, customers, suppliers, ledgers, opening balances, outstanding bills, BOMs and opening stock are imported from Tally and Excel. If your accountant wants to stay on Tally, Orrsap exports vouchers to it.
02Does it handle job-work and subcontracting?
Yes. Material sent to vendors goes out on a job-work challan and stays in your stock as vendor stock until it returns. Processed goods are received against the challan, and ITC-04 data is ready.
03Does it support e-invoicing and e-way bills?
Yes. IRN, QR code and e-way bill are generated from the sales invoice. You do not re-type anything on the government portal.
04Can shop-floor staff use it on phones?
Yes. Job cards, material issue, stock counts, goods receipt and approvals are designed for phones, with QR scanning.
05Does the AI place orders?
No. It suggests what to order, how much, from whom and by when. A person with purchase rights approves, edits or rejects every suggestion.
06How long does implementation take?
A single plant usually goes live in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how many BOMs and items you have and how clean the opening data is. Implementation is quoted after the demo.
