A manufacturing ERP holds your customers, suppliers, prices, BOMs, stock and books. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how that data is protected.
This policy applies to visitors of this website, people who request a demo or start a trial, and companies and users who subscribe to the ERP service.
From forms on this website:
From subscribers using the service, the business data your users enter, such as:
We do not sell your data, and we do not use one company’s business data to make predictions for another company.
The shortage predictor reads your own orders, BOMs, stock, purchase orders and supplier lead time history to produce suggestions. Every prediction shows the data it used. Predictions are suggestions for your planners and are never acted on without a person approving them.
We share data only with infrastructure and email providers needed to run the service, under confidentiality terms, or when required by law. E-invoice and e-way bill data is sent to government portals only when your users generate those documents.
Subscriber data is kept for as long as the subscription is active. After cancellation you can export your data, and it is deleted from active systems after the export window described in the Terms of Service, except where records must be kept by law. Demo and trial enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you through the Plant Office page. Company administrators can manage users and export business data from inside the service.
This website uses only cookies needed for it to work, such as the session used by the form check. We do not use advertising cookies.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how subscriber data is used, administrators will be informed by email before the change applies.
