DWG-01P-001Sales Orders

Promise dates your plant can actually keep.

Quote, confirm, dispatch and invoice from one order record. Before you commit a date, Orrsap checks it against stock, open purchase orders and machine capacity.

  1. 1

    Quotations with revisions

Price lists by customer and dealer, quantity slabs, discounts and freight terms. Every revision is kept, and the winning one converts to an order in one click.

  2. 2

    Delivery promise check

When an order is entered, Orrsap explodes the BOM, reserves available stock and tests the date against the machine schedule before you confirm it.

  3. 3

    Dispatch planning

Split orders into lots, plan trucks by weight and volume, print packing lists and dispatch advice for each lot.

  1. 4

    E-way bills and e-invoices

IRN and QR code are generated from the invoice itself. E-way bills are created with vehicle and transporter details, without re-typing.

  2. 5

    Credit and outstanding control

Credit limits and overdue days are checked at order entry. Orders over limit go to an approver instead of the shop floor.

  3. 6

    Order status for every customer

Sales sees what is reserved, in production, packed and dispatched against each line, so customer calls get a straight answer.

Notes

Common questions

  1. 01

Can one order ship in parts?

Yes. Each line can be dispatched in lots, and every lot gets its own challan, invoice and e-way bill while the order shows the balance pending.

  2. 02

What happens if the promised date is not possible?

Orrsap shows which part or machine is the constraint and the earliest date it can meet, so sales can agree a realistic date with the customer.

  3. 03

    Do dealers get separate pricing?

Yes. Price lists can be set per customer group, per dealer or per region, with validity dates.
