Every machine, every shift, every job card.
Turn sales orders into work orders, load them on machines by shift and track each job card from the shop floor on a phone. Job-work sent to vendors is tracked like any other operation.
- 1
Work orders from demand
Create work orders from sales orders, reorder levels or a production plan. Material is reserved from the released BOM.
- 2
Machine and shift schedule
Drag work orders across machines and shifts. Overloads show in amber before the week starts.
- 3
Job cards on phones
Operators start, pause and close jobs, and record good and rejected quantity with a reason, from any phone.

Production / Planner / Shift A + B
Machine schedule - Week 43
- 4
Job-work and subcontracting
Send material to vendors on a job-work challan, track what is with each vendor and receive back processed goods against it.
- 5
Material issue and returns
Issue against the work order, return excess and record scrap, so WIP stock is always correct.
- 6
Downtime and OEE
Record breakdowns, setup and idle time per machine. Availability, performance and quality are calculated per shift.

Common questions
- 01
Does it handle job-work and subcontracting?
Yes. Material sent to a vendor is tracked as vendor stock on a job-work challan. When it returns, the challan is closed against the received quantity and the ITC-04 data is ready.
- 02
Can shop-floor staff use it on phones?
Yes. Job cards, material issue and inspection screens are built for phones, with large buttons and QR scanning.
- 03
What if a machine breaks down mid-week?
Mark it down and Orrsap lists affected work orders and the next free machine that can run the same operation.
