Notes
Common questions
- 01
Can we have rate contracts with suppliers?
Yes. Rate contracts with validity dates are applied on the PO automatically, and any change goes for approval.
- 02
What happens when a GRN quantity is short?
The PO stays open for the balance, or you can short-close it. The bill can only be booked for the received quantity.
- 03
Does it support imports?
Yes. Import POs carry currency, customs duty and landed cost, which is spread across the items received.
