Terms of Service

The service is a cloud ERP for manufacturers covering sales orders, bills of materials, production planning, inventory, purchase, AI shortage prediction and finance. Modules available to you depend on your plan.

A trial runs for 30 days and includes the modules of the A2 plan with sample data. No payment card is needed. At the end of the trial you can subscribe and keep your data, or the trial account is closed and its data deleted after 30 days.

• Plans are priced per user per month, billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Each plan has a minimum number of users shown on the pricing page
• Users added during a billing period are charged for the rest of that period
• Implementation, data migration and on-site work are quoted and billed separately
• Prices exclude applicable taxes

Your company owns all business data entered into the service. We process it only to provide the service. You can export your data in standard formats at any time during the subscription and for 30 days after it ends.

Shortage predictions and purchase suggestions are calculated from your data and are provided to help your planners. They are not instructions. The service never places a purchase order without approval by one of your users, and your company is responsible for purchase and production decisions.

The service prepares returns, e-invoices, e-way bills and TDS data from entries made by your users. Your company and your accountants are responsible for checking and filing them, and for the accuracy of tax rates, HSN codes and party details you enter.

• Use the service only for your own company and group companies covered by your plan
• Do not share logins between people; each user needs an account
• Do not attempt to access other customers’ data or test the security of the service without written permission
• Do not use the service to store unlawful content

We aim to keep the service available at all times other than planned maintenance, which is announced in advance and scheduled outside normal plant hours where possible. Support levels depend on your plan.

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the subscription fees your company paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost production or profit arising from decisions made using the service.

You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend an account for unpaid invoices after notice, or immediately for misuse that puts other customers at risk. Data export remains available as described above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes.
